Scope and accuracy
Rates cover the stated fiscal years and CONUS geography. Sources can be revised after retrieval. We publish source links and dates so that you can verify important figures against GSA and the policy governing your trip.
The calculator models a single-destination overnight trip using specified federal rules and the inputs you supply. It excludes agency-specific exceptions, tax advice, benefit eligibility and other expenses that are not listed in the result.
Official data and original content
The GSA rates remain official federal source data. Our layout, original explanations and software are separate from that data and are not government publications. You may download the offered files for reference and analysis; retain the source and fiscal-year information. These terms do not restrict rights you already have in official government material.
Responsible use
Do not misrepresent this project as an official agency service, use its calculations as proof of authorization, interfere with its operation or submit sensitive information through search fields. External links are references, not endorsements of third-party products.
